Based in São Paulo, you will join a dynamic team, where you will report to the Head of Production Brazil.
As our Traffic Manager / Technical Support you will be in charge of:

• Setting up the technical and tracking tools allowing the launch and follow up of the Mar-keting campaigns
• Analysing the problems and incidents related to the campaigns’ set up
• Searching and imagining the adapted technical solutions, in the shortest time possible
• Driving the implementation of the chosen solution and/or assisting the client in this process
• Informing and/or training the client about our tracking mechanisms
• Sharing with the internal production and sales services all the information collected allow-ing us to improve the quality of our tools and the client satisfaction
• Remaining constantly informed about the company tools evolution, and those of the com-petition
• If you are interested by developing your technical skills, you could also be in charge of devel-oping new tools in order to optimize the technical support efficiency
• If you are interested by developing your account management skills, you could also be in charge of a small portfolio of clients, setting up their campaigns and finding ways to opti-mise them.
