We are looking to quickly grow our operations on Performance Marketing in Brazil, through traffic, leads and sales generation via our complete range of products, from Influence, Email to our local Performance Network.
Based in São Paulo, you will join a dynamic team, where you will report to the Head of Sales Brazil.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of new advertisers, directly or through agencies, in addition of proactively identifying new opportunities in your client portfolio, from a media buyer to a director level.

Responsibilities:

  • New business development,
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with new and existing contacts,
  • Target list ownership,
  • 360 degrees client approach,
  • Closely monitor deal performance and addressing new opportunities
  • Full sales cycle and pipeline management,
  • Negotiation and management of the contractual elements,
  • Representing the company at events and conferences,
  • Partner with the Accounting and Technical teams to offer the most relevant Deals.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
  • A Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field
  • A good knowledge of the Brazilian online advertising community
  • Grasp of Power Point and Pipe Drive,
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and drive new business development
  • Targets and results driven
  • Ability to formulate and implement long term business growth, not just short term wins
  • Ability to build enduring relationships
  • A confident communicator at all commercial levels
  • A team worker
  • With strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proactive and action maker
  • Native in Portuguese and with a good commend of English
