What do we expect from you?

That you…

You will be based in our Warsaw office and you will report to the Country Manager Poland. You will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong relationships with our existing clients/agencies for the Polish market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage new business development with direct advertisers and agencies using the proper prospection strategy
  • Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship
  • Negotiate and manage the sales process
  • Work closely with the Accounting and the Technical teams to offer the most relevant product to our clients
  • Build loyalty with your portfolio
  • Perform well against targets in relation to the recruitment of new advertisers
  • Sell to clients by phone, email and face-to-face
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Studio teams to create newsletters, sales presentations, etc.
  • Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role
  • Attend events: webinars, trade shows, workshops, breakfast...

What are we looking for?

A skilled and attentive talent with…

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital partnerships or performance marketing industry, whether advertiser, publisher or network side
  • Experience with pitching to senior external stakeholders and a track record of success, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and how they align with ours
  • A genuine passion for the affiliate channel and the role that content plays in the user e-commerce funnel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Polish and English. Any other additional language would be an asset
  • Excellent commercial sense and negotiation skills
  • Self-taught, fast learner, curious, challenger
  • Team spirit!
