Reporting to our Director of Operations UK, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong relationships with our existing clients/agencies in UK/US.


  • Manage new business development with direct advertisers and agencies using the proper prospection strategy
  • Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship
  • Negotiate and manage the sales process
  • Work closely with the Accounting and the Technical teams to offer the most relevant product to our clients
  • Build loyalty with your portfolio
  • Perform well against targets in relation to the recruitment of new advertisers
  • Sell to clients by phone, email and face-to-face
  • Complete all general administrative and organisational tasks required in the role
  • Attending events: trade shows, evening workshops, breakfast...

What are we looking for?

A skilled and attentive talent with…

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field
  • Experience with pitching to senior external stakeholders and a track record of success, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and how they align with ours
  • A genuine passion for the affiliate channel and the role that content plays in the user e-commerce tunnel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
  • Excellent commercial sense and negotiation skills
  • Self-taught, fast learner, curious
  • Based in London, or willing to move.
  • Team spirit
